Please note all proceeds from the Benefit in the Park will be deposited in the Auburn Relief Disaster Fund. This is a Local Fund facilitated by the Auburn Chamber of Commerce 501(c)3 - All donations are tax deductible and will stay in Auburn for the Fire Relief Victims - This page will be updated shortly with more information on the Fund and who is responsible for the Distribution of funds -
Also note that virtually the entire event is volunteer - no cost: Bands, Sound, Kids Zone, Stage, Porta-Potties are all donated, the Park all fencing, set-up will be provided. The only known costs would be for the raw food and beverages. Only the actual cost will be paid for, ALL profits will go to the fund, 100% of the Kid Zone receipts will go the fund Mobile Rock is providing the equipment & staff which will be augmented by Auburn Volunteers. This is a true benefit with one goal in mind - Supporting the Victiom of the 49 Fire & those who helped and continue to help minimize the impact.
